Did anyone know why these ones failed and where are they, the torque app showing no DTC.

But this

Most probably nothing wrong despite what the Torque App says.

Faulty O2 Sensors are something that will light up your Check Engine Light, whether car manufacturers like it or not.

Assuming the previous owner didn't take the led out or cover it with black tape 🤣

You're right, I've known of cases where that has happened.

In this case I've no Idea what MID 02 TID91 is, it is probably something that does not apply to the system on this car, therefore if the Warning Light is working, and that is easily checked, then it is likely to be a red herring and best ignored.

You'll find the 1st 1 at the top back of the engine on exhaust manifold the second will be underneath very noticeable when your under.

Torque app not reading the sensor info. Both are aftercat  sensors so if cat working correctly then voltage will be low and steady. Upstream are the ones that affect the fueling if faulty. On your age of car there maybe two of each sensor.
