Focus mk2 not going into Sleep mode

Can anyone tell what might cause my Focus never seem to go into sleep mode. The green LCD light on my dashboard stays on 24/7 and parasitic draw level is as high as ~0.6A. I can reduce the draw to near normal level by removing fuses 46 and 56 (which I believe correspond to Instrument Cluster and Keyless Entry) in the cabin fuse box.

Anyone else had similar problems? Have you managed to solve the problem?
