Hi guys,

 

So got those 2 errors when decelerating from above 2500 rpm. Done all the basic checks and cleans but with maf and map sensors but did nothing. Took it to mechanic who's done leak test without problems, he then dismantled whole egr system and here is his findings. Attaching pictures. 

Egr cooler breathing but restricted

Intake manifold pipe after throttle body partially clogged on connection to the head

Egr cooler pipe to intake pipe completely clogged at cooler connection

Ford focus 2015 tdci 120hp 73k miles

 

Hope it helps someone to look for solutions

Waiting on mechanic to clean it and see if it removes fault codes

Just to update This has fixed the issue and removed the fault codes.
