Messed up my ipc with forscan

Hey, I'm hoping someone can help me recover my ipc in my fiesta.

I fitted cruise control buttons and when I reconnected my battery my dash only displayed kilometers, I went into forscan to change the trip to miles and when rebooted the ipc after writing it only showed miles until I turned the engine on but now it has no other settings I can swap between with the trip button on the indicator stalk, it's literally just shows a trip and my total miles in kilometers, no more miles to empty or mpg, the trip stalk does nothing now and I don't know what I've done to cause that.

I've tried resetting the modules, loading and writing the as built data and resetting the ecu by disconnecting the battery again but nothing is working and I don't know what else to do, I've downloaded the as built file for my fiesta from Ford motorcraft but its still the same after writing that file to the ipc

    All sorted somehow, reflashed using an obdlink ex cable and sorted out the ipc straight away, lesson learnt to buy decent stuff first time 😅

    ....... but an old style ELM327 switched lead is a couple of pounds cheaper 🤣
