On dash came up power steering malfunction then traction control and engine malfunction so diagnosed a bad leaking battery, fitted a new battery car cranks but won’t start immobiliser light flashing code 16 ! My instrument cluster has been glitching but for many months tried putting fob by key blade to pair but immobiliser light still flashing

    Just had the cluster repaired by Lyndon and still won’t start , lets me crank it once or twice and then nothing! Brand new battery fitted less than two weeks ago ! Anyone got any ideas please

    Need Forscan to read the Ford specific codes.

    Auto electrician has diagnosed BCM problem anyone know of a company who can repair this guys ! 3 weeks of car hire is killing me lol

    Have you checked whether Lyndon can repair those as well?

    I don't know of any specific companies but would expect any electronics company to do it that also do other modules. Just for reference, it's a GEM on Mk2 Focus, not a BCM like Mk3 Focus.

    You can buy a used GEM with the same part number and programme it to your car using Forscan, but I appreciate that might be above your current skill level.
