Rough idle after warm engine

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Ford focus 1.5 Tdci 74k miles 2015

Went for a drive yesterday. Come back park up and start feeling really rough idling to a point a whole car shakes in intervals. Left car over night. Started cold engine in a morning idling is fine for like 10 min until drive away. Drove to work, warmed up the engine. Parked up and rough idle is back. I opened a bonnet ant it rough idles to a point you can se whole engine shake in intervals again. Noticed maf readings became quite erratic, jumping 7.3g-8.2 but in extremelly erratic way, not like before where it was steady around same number. Same happens to engine load value and rpm's jumping between 798-740rpm in extremlly erratic way i've not seen before. Fuel rail pressures seems to be fine. Recent o2 sensor change, dpf pressure sensor, maf sensor, throttle body, cleaned egr cooler and replaced egr valve, drivers side engine mount. Also gets very pronounced rough idling if i rev slightly and once revs come down to about 780rpms but only when engine is warm.

Other than that car drives fine. No juddering no stuttering.

Any suggestions as what to check first ?
