2023 focus v12 port not working

Featured Replies

I got a focus 2023 ST Line X from ford dealers at the end of last week, I have gone to set my dash cam up to find in getting no power to my dash cam, I know it's not the lead as I've tried it in a different car and it powered up.

Any idea what fuse this could be linked to? I can't find anything that is for 12v port, closest thing I've found that I think it could be is Auxiliary power point but on the manual there is 3 different ones, I don't really wanna pull all them out to identify the right one uses I really have to.

Only other thing is should I go back to the ford dealers and ask them to look at it, just hope they won't charge me, which if they do I don't think they should as I was told of no defects on the car etc

Any help appreciated
