MK2.5 Focus I take it?

You need new bulbs, in red as your red paint has burnt off, they'll go white eventually

how long would you expect the red bulb to appear red and not orange ie how often would the burnt thru painted bulbs need replacing - ballpark ; much appreciate your response

About 5 years, it really depends on how often the lights are on and how often you brake

But the paint will burn off way before the bulb blows

really helpful ,I changed one though about 6 month since to a red halfords bulb and it shining orange to me already - could you recommend a better alternative brand red bulb- thanks

I can't really, no

I suppose it's luck of the draw

They should definitely last longer than that though

Maybe stick to Ring or Lucas etc
