Sync3 update issues

Hello everyone,

I am in the UK and have a 2020 focus ST line, i have just updated to the latest sync3 (3.4.23188), file size 3.11G, the ford site also say there is a maps update available my current version is F8 so clearly outdated. My issue is when i download it from the ford site (https://www.ford.co.uk/support/sync-maps-updates) the download size is only 49kb so clearly not the correct size.

Can anyone possible help me out so i can get the maps updated.
