Wiper arm nuts

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Was taking off the wipers and scuttle panel to clear the drains on my Focus (mk3 2012 1.0) and I have managed to lose the nut for my front passenger side wiper. I’ve got the flat washer and the cover for it, but the nut itself I just cannot find. It was a 15mm hex nut, but looking online I cannot for the life of me find a definitive answer to what ones they are and what to buy for a replacement? Every search says something different. Not sure if I’m being stupid, my first time working on a car myself.

Does anyone know of any nuts I can buy that will definitely fit? Photo attached of the one I need

It might be an M10/1.5, but probably not a standard nut height, or spanner size, as I think an M10 is 16mm, perhaps a lock nut height. Might be finis 1381974, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/277214408145.

Best bet may be your Ford dealer to stop messing around......
