Front indicator cap stuck.

Thank you for having me in the club. I am as stuck as my front indicator cap.

I am doing an LED conversion, all the other bulbs were no problem. Headlight fitting removed, rubber cover removed and left with a black plastic cap that should need a 1/4 turn anti-clockwise.

It just will not move, even had pliers on it with too much force really, to the extent that the reflctor itself starts to flex (not good).

I have scoured this site and the internet in general and found other people with the same problem, but not found any solution.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Alan.
