Does anyone know how to get rid of the black screen (about on the 30%) to the right. At the moment I have to turn off the engine, open the door, close the door and then restart the engine. Its insane!
My Ford Focus hybrid is almost 3 years old and this error has recently appeared for my phone on the screen 🤪 and ive tried everything I could find to fix it

Any help is most grateful 😃

The "X" option that everyone talks about on the web just being ip the Ford radio/map but doest remove the black area unless i restart the car every time 😩
