Diesel particulate filter warning lamp

Hi All

I have recently purchased a 2020 S Max 2.0 Diesel and have been having a few issues with the DPF.

In the manual it states "If the diesel particulate filter is near or at saturation, a warning lamp or information message appears in the information display. Drive your vehicle in a manner to allow effective diesel particulate filter cleaning."

My query is that I appear to not have this lamp and the first notification I have is the engine light coming on and a notification in the app, is this normal or should the lamp be coming on but its faulty and not activating?

Anyone else have the same car and not have the lamp that is in the manual?
