c max 1.6 tdci glowplug change

This evening I decided to change the glow plugs on the c max after they have covered 125000 miles and triggering a fault code regularly. Wipers and scuttle panel removed to give better access, glow plug 1 access proved to be a challenge but managed in the end, other 3 plugs removed easily. Only 1 issue I ran into is that I have managed to snap the injector leak off pipes in at two places. New set of leak off pipes ordered. Anyone else managed to do this ?
