Where, preferably in the UK, can I get LEDs, BA9s (Bayonet, 9mm diameter, single end contact) fitting, ultraviolet light?

I've found a firm in the US, who ship overseas, but there's a $25 minimum order.

I'm thinking that these could make my white reading lights more interesting.
