awrite hope someone can help me i,m going to start pulling my hair out!

just replaced the engine and had the fuel pump recoded to suit the ecu in the car but still doesn't start ,sounds like there is no compression in the engine .my mate hooked it up to some machine and there is codes of 1663,1664.
