My friend has a 2007 focus 1.8 petrol and wants to change his bulbds to xenon. Is this just a case of swapping the bulbs over or is there more to it than that. He thought I would know, nut I'm afraid if it's not a transmission problem I'm clueless like anyone else!

    Make sure he doesn't buy the so called Xenon bulbs off eBay. They are worst than the standard. He's best buying a set of Osram Nightbreaker bulbs or the Philips Extreme bulbs and just swapping these over with the originals if he wants improved visibility.

    Otherwise it's a HID kit he's looking for which I am no expert on but requires some technical know how. Not sure if these are legal though.
