Well you can claim that if they didnt service correctly that they should do it FOC. if they want to charge you, write to your dealer.

If you want to do it yourself, a lot of OBDII scanners nowadays can reset lights, some more specifically the EML. but its worth exploring, as some of them can be picked up fairly cheap. good thing is that OBDII is a standard likely to remain so if you were to buy one, then you can use it on pretty much all modern cars since 2004, so you could get a few quid from your friends for resetting / looking up codes, each time could means that your scanner will be cheaper in the long run!
