Changing My Headlights.. Grrr!!!

Hi all, I have an 09 focus 1.6 tdci and im finding it very difficult to remove the head lights has anybody got an easier way of getting them off?? Please dont same pull them hard coz i have tried and nearly took the front end off. :angry:

    on mine i had to get a long screwdriver to push down on the clips (to release them) at the back of the headlight right down low..as you cant really reach them with ya hands...think there should be four clips in total on each headlight rear. even after id done that it took a bit of maneuvering to finally lift the headlight out so i could open back and replace bulb etc
