Ford Focus LX Speedo Change

I have just imported a 2007 Ford Focus LX LS (2 Litre engine) over from Australia. It has failed the SVA test because the speedo is in KM not miles.

A local garage is unable to find a speedo that fits - they called Ford for some advice and they have not been helpful at all. They say it could be one of 5 different speedos. The garage said they might be able to just change the face if they can find a second hand one.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of speedo to fit or how to satisfy the SVA test (stickers don't).
