Keyless Entry Problem

Featured Replies

Hi

I have got a 6 month old titanium with keyless entry and start, and a week ago the little black button on drivers side didn't work, so took it to ford and they said they need to order a part, so booked it in for tuseday just gone and I now find out they have ordered the wrong part and they still the car, so I have to wait another two days without a car for them to get the part and fit it.

I like the keyless entry, but for day to day its not my thing, do you think ford could swap the car for another model without keyless entry or not??

Thanks

If they did swap, it'd probably cost you money.

Not sure why for day to day driving you thing the keyless entry isn't the right thing, personally I would have thought it'd be the opposite. It's probably the best feature on our car, but, it's horses for courses.
