Just wondering if they're worth the money - got some existing scuffs to cover up!

I have the Ford ones, they're around £50.

Other people have ones made by Lockwood for £23 here

Those S ones look quite smart actually - and they're half the price of the Ford ones... :)

I would like to replace the Ford Plates for the one's with "s". Can I pull the original ford plates off without bending them? will they leave any mess behind?

Thanks.

I have Lockwood ones excellent quality and value, brushed stainless steel and fit spot on, why pay Ford prices!

Was considering Lockwood 'S' ones, are they easy to fit? Do you just use adhesive orr?

Thanks

Exactly why I purchased a set myself (IE. marks on drivers sill from previous owner).

I got the Ford stainless steel ones with "Fiesta" written on them for £50.

I'll take a snap tomorrow and post a picture for you.

PS. I see you are in the Dumfries area as well.

Easy peasy 5 min job, come with two strips of scotch hi tack tape already in place, peel off backing and offer up to the sill - simples

Here you go.

Difficult to get a really decent picture, what with them being very shiny.

They do the job though and look decent enough to my eyes.

Though I suspect the Lockwood ones are probably just as good.

Now I wonder if the 2-door ones are slightly longer? The 5-door ones can't be any longer, as the sill starts to curve upwards at the outer edges (if you see what I mean).

Lockwood 'S' ones on my 3dr. Sorry about the state of the car, I swear it's not normally this dirty

I have the Ford ones as I didn't know about others at the time.

Personally I found after a week of having them fitted, I don't really notice them anymore - so if its purely to cover up marks on the door sills, I'd just go for the cheaper ones.

(I bought mine shortly after the car arrived so got them more for looks - hence the Fiesta branding).

The 3 door scuffs plates are slightly longer than the 5 doors for that reason with the sill curving upwards a bit

I have the Lockwood ones with no branding - really just there for protection and so much cheaper
