What would you guys choose or what did you go for already? 16 inch or 17 inch? Which ones are better for the Fiesta?

    I'd definitely say 17's, i currently have 16's on my zetec s and they look tiny. Hopefully i'll get them bought very very soon.

    i went for the 17 option as the car in the dealers had the 16's and looked far to small for the car.

    as for ride quality i dont have a clue, car hasnt arrived yet......

    They should not influence the ride quality since they come as a standard from Ford.

    I also believe that the 17 inch rims look much better compared to the 16.

    I Brought the gorgeous street pack 17's alloys ... it came with this strange little car attached to them :lol:

    In my opinion the 17's looks amazing, it was one of the reasons I loved the Fiesta ZS

    I also like the ones that you have which are Ford original ones, but I am bit concerned about the quality of the rims...Did you have any problems with them?

    I'd say the 17s are the perfect size on the fiesta as far as aesthetics go, 16s and below I feel look too small.

    The 17s with the low profile wider tyre will provide more grip on the bends.

    15/16s will give a smoother/quieter ride. The reason for this is the overall wheel circumference is the same, when fitted with higher profile tyres. Therefore, more rubber and air than metal when compared to 17s with low profiles. The extra rubber absorbs more vibration (and therefore sound) before transferring it to the cabin.

    I sacrificed the noise and softness to get the gorgeous 17" alloys because:

    it was one of the reasons I loved the Fiesta ZS

    I will sacrifice also a bit the noise for the image plus that the 17 inch rims bring to the car. I can't wait to buy some 17 inch rims...
