trickards
Hi all, I've been getting some quotes on a repair for my 2010 Fiesta Zetec S. A van (or some high vehicle) must have backed into my car while it was parked - it has scratched and bent the front edge of the bonnet. To make it like new, it'll need the bend straightening out and a complete respray, weighing in at around £400. At that price I was thinking it might be feasible to just buy a new bonnet (I get some discount on Ford parts). However, a new bonnet would obviously need spraying too - which I am told will cost around £330 by a local body shop. Do any of you know how that price compares? £330 just for a spray and fitting of a bonnet (NOT including the part itself ~£150)? Cheers.
