Radiator Fan?

Bought a 2008 1.4 FORD FIESTA ZETEC CLIMATE TDCI about a week ago with 41000 miles recorded.On changing oil today I have just noticed that there is no radiator fan fitted,I assume there should be? Have had no problems so far (done 300 miles) with temp as gauge reads around half way (90c) when running and even sitting idling does not go over this.No warnings or anything untoward on information display either. Air conditioning maybe not quite as cold as it should be but otherwise no problems.Ripped off?

Would appreciate any replies.Cheers, John.
