Hey there, i bought my fiesta back in january, and i bought it facelifted as it got into a crash in its lifetime.

Anyways, i was wondering, if i downgraded to the original 02-05 bonnet and bumpers would i need to go back to the 02-05 plate lights also??

Hi Sarah,

Firstly welcome to FOC :)

I would have thought the plate lights would need to be changed along with the bumper/bonnet, as the set up may be a tad different to the facelift version..

Someone with a MK6 should be able to confirm this though!

If not I have access to eCat (Ford Parts Catalogue) and will be able to properly check for you tomorrow..just PM me your reg if no one can help on here :)

I love how my car looks now, but there are alot of work that needs doing to the whole car and i want the car to look alot more square then rounded if that makes sense! aha.

Just go to tescos or somewhere and find a MK6, park next to it and just have nose about :P no point buying more if you dont need to :)

The lights on a MK6 & MK6.5 are interchangeable - I prefer the later with nipple on top ;)
