Dealer woes!

What is your worst experience with a main dealer? Any stories to tell?

Any good stories to tell then? LOL

Theres more than enough bad ones out there, I found my local Ford Dealer to be very friendly (staff at service desk definately were), they were always pleasand, new me by first name and greeted me with "so what's gone wrong today" as they knew me that well.

Shame the actual service work done, doesnt appear to have been quite up to scratch. for example, they charged a diagnostics fee, when they could physically see damage and a leak at the fuel filter housing (unnecessary charge!), on the other hand, they charged a fiver to take off all my k-nack-ered locking wheel nuts and did a grand job on my insurance repair...
