Ok so I have bought a 2003 focus 1.8 tdci and I'm looking to fit a performance exhaust! The problem is I can't find one! I was wondering is the focus tdci the same exhaust as the petrol version?

    I don't think the petrol and diesel exhaust will be the same.

    Have you heard of longlife exhausts? there are centres all over the country who fit their stuff. they will build you an exhaust to the spec you want.

    I dont have a longlife exhaust yet but i am looking into it. a mate of mine had a custom performance exhaust done by them and its brilliant, very nice looking and the build quality is great.

    there are a few folks on the forum who have used longlife and are pleased with the results.

    I've had a quote for my mondeo exhaust, £350. despite the online quote being £440.
