Focus Front Headlight Ajustment

Featured Replies

HI GUY`S I TOOK MY FOCUS GHIA 2003 FOR A HEADLIGHT ALINMENT AND I WAS TOLD THEIRS NO MORE AJUSTMENT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT, DOES THIS MEAN I NEED A NEW HEADLIGHT OR NEW AJUSTERS OR BOTH?????

It's just the auto leveler motor that you need. It pushes in and locks into position. I think ford quote a good few quid for them. I'd say ebay is your best bet to find one.

HI THANKS FOR THAT, BUT IS IT DEFO THE AUTO LEVELER MOTOR? WHEN I USE THE SWITCH IN THE CAR TO RAISE AND LOWER THE HEADLIGHTS, THE HEADLIGHTS BOTH MOVE UP AND DOWN (BUT OBVIOUS THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT IS LOWER THEN THE DRIVERS SIDE) IF I SWAPED THE LEVEL MOTORS (FOR A TEST) IF THE LEVELER MOTOR IS GONE, THE DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT THEN SHOULD BE LOWER? OR AM I WAISTING MY TIME AND I SHOULD JUST GET A AUTO LEVELER MOTOR?? MONIEY`S A BIT TIGHT AND I DONT WANT TO GET MOTOR IF IT MAY BE SOMETHING ELSE: MANY MANY THANKS
