Glove Box Light..?

Featured Replies

Right in my glove box (Mk7) I have this, I'm sure it was in my mk6 too

To me it looks like a cut out for a glove box light, I felt behind it and there seems to be a shield (as if made so light would only shine downwards)

Anyone got any idea if its a standard ford glove box light fitment or any other info about it

Isn't that for the passenger airbag deactivation switch?

Yes, just found out

Yes, just found out

same in the focus, slightly bigger though and next to the AUX port, i thought it was for a 12V socket as its big enough to fit one in the focus.
