Can someone please tell me why my central locking on my ford fiesta 2002 Zetec has decided to stop locking and then randomly will work when it wants to!

I have tried the spare key both sides of the doors but it wont lock :( !

And whats the cost to get it fixed?

    A broken wire in the door loom

    It will be broken near the plug / socket on the door

    if you fix it your self you will need to get ford to hook it to their computer to reactivate the 4 locks too.:angry:
