Sunstrip

Featured Replies

Hey Guys..

Sorry.. If It's Been Asked Before..?!

(Thinking..!! Maybe It's abit Late.. Now I've Missed Summer..?!)

But....!!

Would Like to see if Anyone has a... "SUNSTRIP.." Fitted..?

Photo's if Possible..?

Can Anyone tell Me The Size I Need to Order to fit the Front Windscreen..?

& Are they Easy to Fit..? (removing the Aero Bubble Look..)

Thanks.

In relation to size mate, if you purchase from DMB Graphics, they should be able to supply the correct fit,

and fitting is like all decals unroll the backing while chasing the bubbles with your other hand if you understand me,

In my area we have a place called 'Auto Tint and Shine' and they do all the mods like that and they're really cheap. I know you won't have one near you as they're independent however it might be worth looking for a similar place. There's lots of specialist places who do window tinting and decals etc and you'll probably find they will be really cheap & you'll end up with a much better job.

Sunstrips can be put on yourself but like Lenny said you have to make sure you don't end up with bubbles because then they look pants.

Also, like Lenny said (there's a pattern here :P) then you'll get instructions and a made-to-fit decal which should be easier to fit and designed for your car.

They'd be pretty useful for winters low sun :D

if you are worried about air bubbles use a wet application.

How exactly does a wet application work?

You spray down with soapy water or window cleaner and when the fluid is squeegeed off from behind the sunstrip you should have no bubbles left.

(Fluid bubbles are easier to remove than air bubbles)
