If you use a usb stick in the fiesta mk7,what are the disadvantages over using an ipod with the Ford Y cable ?

    Nothing apart from not being able to scroll manually to pick your song i.e not knowing whats coming on etc.

    You can select manually and browse folders etc with USB. It's what I use the majority of the time

    there's a max of 1000 songs per folder though, and if you are like me and have 3000 ish, use a program called media monkey (free) to set up a folder structure as follows:

    /ROOT

    ../FIRST LETTER OF ARTIST

    ..../ARTIST

    ....../Artist - Title.mp3
