Biggest Wheels To Fit Fiesta Mk 7??

Featured Replies

I was wondering wether the focus st 18" wheels would fit straight onto my mk 7 fiesta (zetec) or wether it would look better with some after market 17's on it?

any suggestions or pictures are welcome... just want some honest opinions.

cheers guys

i have seen 18s fitted to the puma speed fiesta there are pictures of it on the pumaspeed website. they say that they fit without hitting the arches and with no modification to the body.

I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that the 18s fitted on the pumaspeed fiesta are a custom width or something. I remember reading that they are a special fit of 18inch wheel and available from PumaSpeed,

Does anyone else know anything about this please?

Im sure that the focus alloys are 5 stud, compared to the fiesta's 4 stud.

Unless you mean the old Focus ST170 of course but I dont think they had 18" wheels they were nice though.

Dont know if they will fit though btw so dont take my word for it as I havent a clue about alloy wheels.

ST170's are 17's

I have TSW Catalunyas. No real pics, I'll try get some.

The only 4 stud 18" alloys by Ford are the mk1 Focus RS alloys, but if I remember correctly they're 8j which would be a massive issue on the Fez.

As dLockers has pointed out, his are 7j, which I reckon would be best.... Not that the arches are the main worry, but the offset could be the worst bit.

DLockers, what's the offset of yours?

The Focus ST alloys are 18"x8 5-stud. You would need to convert the hubs to 5-stud using the M-Sport conversion kit. You would then need to replace the 225/40R18 Focus ST tyres with 215/35R18 tyres to keep the speedo accurate and hope that there is no rubbing on full lock due to the increased wheel width/different offset.

Also, the low power output of the Fiesta may not be able to cope well with the larger weight of the Focus ST so performance will be comprimised. If you can over come all of these problems, then it can be done! Good luck
