    if you get a moment join photobucket and upload some picture's of your motor,

    you can then link them to this forum,

    once uploaded go to Album,

    below or above each picture on photobucket is an Image URL

    copy this URL and paste it in to your posts

    once pasted in the post remove the

    .img

    from either side of the link then its job done,

    The AGP slot is currently occupied by a Matrox Millennium G450 dual-head card (IIRC, it's a whopping 16Mb video card and it's being choked running dual monitors)

    The replacement card doesn't need to pull any heavy-duty gaming chores, it just needs to support dual monitors. (It also needs to be compatible with the World Wind software, but that's another discussion in another thread) 95% of my computer's use is 'net and e-mail with occasional GPS mapping, and occasionally backing up TV shows to DVD from the TiVo. For the most part, it's just web-based stuff.

    With that in mind, I was wondering if there were any significant performance gains by going with a PCI video card instead of the AGP video card. The monitors are simple CRTs, with possible LCDs coming in the spring, but no high-def or anything fancy.
