Replacement Radio To The Sony Dab

Me again, im thinking of changing my Sony DAB radio but am not sure if there is a bracket/plate that will fit the gap, i notice that halfords do one of the ford radios but havent seen one for the sony. has anyone managed to swap a sony dab for something else, its just an idea, if not i might just change the speakers as i know that there might also be issues with the audio control stalk on the steering wheel.

also Paul, i have taken your advice ref the front light bulbs and ordered some bluevisions and osram nightbreakers off ebay , so should hopefully get them this weekend, just hope i can locate that hidden clip (from the youtube video).
