2009 Focus 1.6 Tdci Maf

Featured Replies

Hia folks...

Simple question really, how do I remove the MAF on a 2009 Focus 1.6 TDCi?

Looking at it, you can't remove the screws holding it in place because there is no room to get a screwdriver to them. It looks like some hosing needs to be removed first and the whole assembly lifted out, but, I don't know where to start?

It's probably really easy to do...just like some guidance before I break something!!!

Cheers...A

I thought as much...if I undo the jubilee clip on the turbo and unclip the maf, can I pull the entire filter housing out, ie, is it attached anywhere else?
