Bluetooth Update Keeps On Failing

Hi,

I have a 2009 Ford Focus Zetec with the Audio pack which includes the Blaupunkt sat Nav and bluetooth.

All was working well until the infamous iOS 5 update.

I have downloaded the Ford bluetooth update and extracted the files to various USB sticks of different sizes and with different formats (FAT, FAT32 etc)

Each time I first turn on the radio, insert the USB stick in the socket in the central armrest/console, then turn the ignition to position II.

I get the message that BVC is updating then I get "BVC device update failed.Please try again"

Using the Set+Navigation trick I have determined that my firmware version is 0828-090731, but I don't know how to find out the bluetooth version.

Has anyone else seen this message and managed to get it working? If so How??

Any other ideas will be gratefully received.
