Hi,

New to this forum with a question about installing a Travelpilot DX in my ST170. Car is a -04 model that came without navigation just a regular CD. I bought a Travelpilot DX out of a -02 Focus on E-bay. Found out that the connectors are not compatible without a adapter in between. Ordered a stalk steering wheel control off E-bay but it didn't work but I can live without it. Next I found out that the Travelpilot needs a speed signal in order for it to work. Question is: what colour is the signal wire in the harness, if there is any, and to which pin on the unit does it go? Anyone with a blueprint or diagram showing how everything is connected?
