Ford Audio Mk7 Fiesta

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Tonight when i left work and switched the engine on, the cd player came on and there was only music playing through the drivers side speaker and tweeter. There was nothing coming through the passenger speakers.

Anybody else had the same problem?

How long is the ford audio covered for?

Cheers

Thank you for yor reply.

I have been out to the car twice tonight and it is still the same?

I had something happen like that in my car when I connected bluetooth audio.. it randomly stopped playing from the drivers side one, if i changed the balance to the drivers side it was very quiet

Switched engine off, restarted and it was fine? No clue what was up there!

Hi Adamc260

I've had this problem 3-4 times now. Mine plays through passenger side only.

Follow these steps and you'll be fine.

SETTING -> AUDIO -> ADAPTIVE SETTINGS -> CHOOSE OPTIMISE DRIVER'S SPEAKER ONLY

Follow the same steps again but this time

CHOOSE OPTIMISE ALL.

This will resolve your problem...

Thank you, I will be sure to do this :) Tis very difficult to find somewhere to suddenly stop, switch the engine off and restart if your on the motorway and its driving you bonkers hearing through 1 speaker!!

Tried it and it worked! THank you

It's not under adaptive settings, its under Settings > Audio > DSP Occupancy I think?

Yes, sorry I couldn't remember the exact steps.

Glad to know it worked for you.
