I am looking for some help,my son bought an 07 plate fiesta zetex and decided to install the big speaker box thing and amp in the boot plus new stereo,problem is he drilled a hole in the big grommet on passenger side bulk head and the drill slipped(his excuse) and sliced through about 10 wires in the loom.

He arrives me they are all joined back together correctly but now there are no ignition lights and nothing else bar side lights,the immobiliser light is flashing as usual on the dash but that's it.

Andy help or pointers would be gratefully received.

    Have you checked the fuses? The drill bit could have shorted some of the wires if they were all exposed together. I'm also tempted to say try disconnecting the battery for a few seconds to reset things, but this may be pointless...
