Hello I have a slight problem with my MK2 focus sport 2007 (1800cc) My dash board and rear tail lights keep blowing the fuse randomly and I have no idea why this is could anyone help ?

Hi mate,

have you checked the earthing points on the car?

strange combination because both of these are on seperate fuses so it could be an earth cable is loose,

or

check the pollen filter housing situated above the passenger footwell fuse box,

it has been known to leak and water may be dripping on to the fuse box shorting your 2 fuses

Sounds like an earthing fault.

Auto Electrician required i think.

BTW, how do you rate your Sport? I love mine but wanted other opinions as i don't see many Sport models around.
