first off just want to say hi to all on the site

right here goes

got a 54 plate st170 and all is 99% fine with the car apart from 2nd gear as such

when i go to select 2nd gear it seems that ive now got a bit more travel to the left

than before

hard to explain right if im in 1st and pull straight back to second it drops in fine

but if im in first and pull back to 2nd if im not concentrating and pull back it can go slightly to the left a bit

then it wont go in unless i pull to the right a touch

as if no stop point in gear lever location

not got it in any other gear only 2nd

was wondering if it was cable adjustment or gear lever
