Mk 3 Audio Controls

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Just taken delivery of a 1.6 Focus Zetec, and absolutely love it! Been driving it all day and its a fab car. I've successfully paired my iPhone with the bluetooth and connected it with usb and it's working fine, but I have just a couple of questions:

1) can you store DAB stations to be able to select them with Voice Control, and

2) can you actually pause music tracks? I can't see a button for it or find a reference to it in the manual.

May be really silly questions but hey I'm a noob!

Cheers!

Have a look at this link here :- http://www.fordmanuals.org/page-2637.html

Yes you can store DAB stations,

Select DAB1 or 2 by using the left button then scrolling to DAB, search for the DAB Block/station that you want and then leave it playing.

using the voice system the commands are the same as storing a non-DAb station "Radio", "Store name"

To prove it worked, tune to a normal FM station and then voice control back to the DAB station.

As far as pause is concerned - I can't find a way to do that either.

To pause try the mute button, I've got the Sony setup but I presume there will be a mute button on the ford system, hope this helps you.
