N Reg Fiesta Engine Damage

I have recently taken on my mates fiesta for £100 and the there is damage from the cylinder head as their was no oil in the engine...I believe something along the lines of the piston has forced a pin out the cylinder wall...is it worth repairing for get a new engine...would like a quick low cost fix as I need to focus more on the body work...

Any suggestions welcome

    Hi this may not be what you want to hear but with a engine rebuild / change plus body work this car may be worth less than you have paid in parts ?not a cheap fix IMO.
