Passenger Seat Tilt

Hi,

My passenger side seat stopped tilting forward a few weeks ago, i think the cable or handle may have snapped,

I know that I will need to buy:

But how do I go about installing them, as I can not find any instructions, has any one got any ideas or previous experience,
