Cooling Fan Ecu For Mondeo Titanium X 3.0 V6

Hi guys just joined forum and could do with some help i drive a 2005 3.0 v6 mondeo titanium x

What has a single cooling fan on radiator with its own ecu box on front .Mine has broken and looking for a new one as ford want

£300 as you must buy with fan.

the codes for my ecu box are

940.0041.01

and ford part number as i called them yesterday. 1437591

i need help finding one, many thanks.

Late, but perhaps someone else needs help - already posted this on a different board:

shengteng.de in Germany is manufacturer and seems to sell the single unit, no fan.

New, no carbreakers.
