Mk1 2001 Focus 1.8Tddi - Does It Come With A Blasted Dpf Filter?

Featured Replies

Hi all

Apologies if this is in the wrong place or if it has been covered before, it is my first post :D

I am about to buy a 1.8 TDdi focus (could be just TD, i'm not sure). as I couldn't find anything on google about it having a dpf.

Was going to buy an 04 mondy but after all the horror stories of dpf's going wrong for short trips I was kinda put off!

Even with a straight through pipe I heard that the MOT regs are changing to not allow that?

A MK1 does not have a dpf not sure when they started but i do know the mk1 definately does not have one
