My 2002/01 mk1 focus front wiper problem....Is it a problem. When i press the wipe switch down i have to hold it down to do a full wipe. Should i only have to press it once? if i should be able to press it once what is the problem? is it a fuse etc?

Im sorry to ask so many questions but i know nothing about cars!

    if the fuse had gone it would not work at all, its most likely a relay fault or a bad earth to the wiper motor itself.

    so it is supposed to do a full cycle? if it is i will get it sorted out at a garage?
