Hi people. Got my 10plate zetec s in white with all the extras. Love it so far...

Only problem is I can't 'debond' the previous owners phone and can't pickup the car bluetooth with mine??? Looked in the book and followed the instructions but when I get to the screen and try to press yes to debond nothing happens? Thinking about disconnecting the battery to reset? Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers
